2009 SEASON REGISTRATION INFO

Sign Ups for 2009 season will be held on the dates and times listed below at the Santana National Little League Snack Bar, located next to Rio Seco School on Cuyamaca St.
Plase Make sure you live within our league boundaries.

EARLY SIGN UPS: ($10 Discount)
SAT. DECEMBER 13th 10am-1pm
SUN. DECEMBER 14th 10am-1pm
REGULAR SIGN UPS:
WED. JANUARY 7th 5pm-7pm
SAT. JANUARY 10th 10am-1pm
SUN. JANUARY 11th 10am-1pm
FEES:
$75 for 1st child, $65 for 2nd & 3rd child. 4th or more are free.
Boys and girls ages 5-12 as of April 30th, 2009 will be able to sign up.
Forms will be available to fill out at sign ups, but if you'd like to save a little time, you can complete and print the forms below:

If you are interested in volunteering, (coach, manager, team mom, etc.), you will also need to fill out a volunteer application, and provide your driver's license to make a copy of at registration.

Please bring forms, an original birth certificate, and three(3) PROOFS OF RESIDENCY to one of the sign up dates above.
