Also, ALL remaining practices will occur at Prospect High School unless informed otherwise.

Information Meeting for Colt & Palomino division teams
March 27, 2008
There will be information meetings for the Saratoga Colt (age 15-16) and Palomino (age 17-19) baseball program to be held Sunday, March 30 at 4:00pm and on Sunday, April 6 at 4:00pm. These are identical sessions and you only need to attend one session. The location will be the Saratoga Woods Swim Club at 12341 Saratoga Creek Drive in Saratoga.
Colt and Palomino baseball is targetted at continuing the competitive baseball experience for high school players into the Summer. There will be nearly 20 Colt and Palomino teams that will face off against each other in league play throughout Santa Clara County. Saratoga plans on hosting 1-2 Colt teams and one Palomino this Summer for play in this league.
As of this year any 15-16 year old player residing in Santa Clara County is eligible to tryout for Saratoga Colt and an 17-19 year player residing in California is eligible to tryout for Saratoga Palomino. The effect of broadening the boundary eligibility will be to instill a high level of competition into the Colt & Palomino programs similar to what is seen in the regular high school season.
At the informational session we will cover team & league structure, player developmental goals, and an explanation of the fees.
