TOURNAMENT APPLICATION
NOTE:
Please make sure that you click on the ON-LINE Registration on the right hand side of the website to ensure your team's entry in the tournament. Once completed, select the Tournament Application form from the selection above.
GUARANTEED 3 Games - NO Gate Fees
Minimum of 6 Teams and Maximum of 18 Teams in each category
Format - Guaranteed 3 games - 2 game round robin plus 1 game elimination round – every game counts
All Participants receive a complimentary program
Finalists - players and coaching staff will receive pewter rings
Champions - players and coaching staff will receive brass on pewter rings
Champions - will take home a Championship Banner to hang in their home arena
Tournament Entry Fees:
In an effort to streamline and make admission hassle free, we do not charge admission at each arena.
Each team’s entry fee includes their team’s gate admission fee for the tournament.
Canadian Teams $700.00
USA Teams $700.00 (cheque issued in CDN Funds re: current bank exchange)
