>2008 South Fayette Softball Parents Concession Stand Scheduling:
At Varsity game on Thursday, March 20th, there will be a sign up sheet for the entire season and you are requested to sign up for a minimum of one game.
Sign up sheet will also be available at the game on Tuesday March 25th. Each parent should be signed up to work at least one game by the end of the game on Tuesday.
Vickie also needs to collect $10 from each parent for start up of the concession stand.

Attention 2009 high school graduates! The NCAA has adopted new legislation that will require prospects who intend to enroll at NCAA Division I and Division II institutions to supply ACT or SAT scores to the Clearinghouse directly from the testing agencies. Test scores on an official high school transcript will no longer be usable for NCAA purposes. Read more on this under "News and Views" behind the "General Information" heading of this website.

The Division I initial-eligibility requirements have changed.
For the class of 2008: Division I only -- 16 core courses
If you plan to enter college in 2008 or after, you will need to present 16 core courses in the following breakdown:
4 years of English
3 years of mathematics (Algebra I or higher)
2 years of natural/physical science (one must be a lab science)
1 year of additional English, math or science
2 years of social studies
4 years of additional core courses (from any area listed above, or from foreign language, nondoctrinal religion or philosophy)
