New INSA Registration Procedures

The game rosters, team rosters and pickup slip forms are available in Handouts section.

• Prior to the first game, each player turns in a completed registration form to the Spokane Soccer Center, 7320 E Nora, to get your player card. The cost of a card is $2.00. Proof of birth date (ie: drivers license) is only required the first time you register with the INSA.
• Only 1 players card is assigned per calendar year. You must provide an address and phone number (insurance and City Parks requirement).
• Team managers will submit a team registration form to the registrar.

Before the start of each game, the referee must be given player cards and a game roster. If pick up players are allowed, a pick up card must be given to the referee at that time.

Game rosters are required by INSA bylaws. Any legible piece of paper will do but, you can download blank rosters. Rosters must include players first and last name and jersey number, the team name and the coach if not a listed player. Turn in a game roster prior to each game to the referee. Referees are instructed not to start the game until you have given them the roster. NO ROSTER.........NO GAME!
