Brian Robinson-Coach Robinson is the head boys and girls cross country and track coach at Alexander High School. His teams have won 13 region cross country championships and 5 region track championships. In 2000 he led his boys cross country team to the schools first and only state championship. In 2007 his boys team placed 2nd in 4A. He has coached 8 state individual track champions. He is the Co-Director of the North Georgia Distance Runners Camp.
Tomy Sitton-Coach Sitton is the head cross country and track coach at Peachtree Ridge High School. He has coached 8 state championship teams in cross country. He is the founder and president of the Georgia Track/Cross Country Coaches of Georgia. He directs the annual coaches clinic and works in conjunction with the Atlanta Track Club to promote track and cross country in Georgia. In 2005 Coach Sitton was the coach for the men's USA bronze medal winning Ekiden relay team at the World Ekiden Championships in Japan. This team included American stars Ryan Hall, Brian Sell and Ian Dobson. He is Co-Director of The North Georgia Distance runners Camp.
Ron Clanton- (Peachtree Ridge) Co-state meet director for the Girls State Track Meet. Coach Clanton has coached two state championship teams in track. He has coached 40 region championship teams in both track and cross country in his illustrious career. In 2009 he was inducted to the Georgia Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Hall of Fame
Danny Brock ( Johns Creek HS )Coach Brock has coached several outstanding teams and athletes at both Chattahoochee High School and currently at is coaching John Creek High School. At Chattahoochee he coached Sydney Marshall to serval top finishes in both cross country and track.
Vince DiCecco- Mr. DiCecco is NGDRC biggest non-coach supporter. He is responsible for various adminstrative duties to ensure the camp operates smoothly.
Tim Hamling-Woodward Academy. Coach Hamling has built Woodward into one of the top distance running programs in the state of Georgia. His teams are always region and state contenders. He has coached several distance runners to the state podium in track as well. In 2009 coached Nathan Vassey to the the state 3AAA boy cross country title.
Mark Karen-Coach Karen has been the girls cross country coach at North Gwinnett High School for the last seven years. He is also the current Athletic Director at North Gwinnett. During the 2007 season, Coach Karen had two runners place in the top 5 finishers at the state cross country meet leading his team to a 3rd place finish in 5A. In 2009 Coach Karen's team won the state 5AAAAA cross country championships.
Scott Freed is the Girls Cross Country Coach and Distance Track Coach at
Woodward Academy. He is a USATF Level II certified coach in the
endurance events. Several of Coach Freed's teams and athletes have made
the region and state podium in both xc and track.
Alan Dawes ( East Paulding )One of hte top young coaches in the state of Georgia. He has helped East Paulding build a strong running tradition in just a short few years.
