WELCOME TO THE TENNESSEE BASEBALL FEDERATION

The Tennessee Baseball Federation is a Semi-Professional Wood Bat League that plays in Nashville and surrounding cities. Our schedule will include 23-25 games through the summer and will host the NASPBA State Championship in Nashville. The TBF is formed on the basis that more attention, care, and time should be put into Tennessee 18+ baseball. Our stride to provide a guaranteed quality of our league will be insured through the thoughts and input of our managers, players, and it's fans using mass voting on league decisions. A mid season All-Star game and Home Run Derby will showcase the areas top talent and boost the allure of semi-pro baseball's fan base! Our National Affiliation will be through the National American Semi-Professional Baseball Association respectively, allowing us to send our top squads off to post season play at state and regional levels, as well as World Series play. Players can flourish in the TBF along with teams, in that players and managers will all be awarded weekly and yearly honors for outstanding achievements and on-field performance. As we harbor some of Tennessee's top tier talent, we will also allow our athlete to excel as men on and off the field as they learn respect through the great game of baseball.

NASHVILLE BREWERS WIN BACK TO BACK TITLES

The Nashville Brewers Defeated the Franklin Phillies 10 - 5 Tuesday Night before a Large Crowd at Madison Civic Club Park to Win back to back Titles. The Brewers were the 2 seed, but went undefeated to win the Tournament.

The 2008 Tennessee Baseball Federation kicked off its League Tournament today at Madison Civic Club Park, at 1:00 the 7th seeded Shelbybyville Sox stunned the 6th seeded Nashville Pirates 4-1, in the 2nd game the Nashville Blazers scored late to beat the Murfreesboro Blues 15 -5, in the final game of the evening the Tennessee Travelers scored 19 runs in the 1st 3 innings to rip the Murfreesboro Bombers 19 -3, on Sunday afternoon at 1:00 the 4th seeded Travelers will play the 3rd seeded Franklin Phillies, in thee 4:00 game the 6th seeded Blazers will play the 2 seeded nashville Brewers and the 7:00 game will be the top seeded Tennessee Bulldogs taking on the 7th seeded Shelbyville Sox.

In the 2nd round Played Sunday at Madison Civic Club Park, the Franklin Phillies scored 6 runs in the 4th inning to defeat the Tennessee Travelers 10 - 3, in the 2nd game the Nashville Brewers scored 2 runs in the bottom of the 8th and held on for a 2 - 1 win over the Nashville Blazers, in the final game the Tennessee Bulldogs easily won over the Shelbyville Sox 8 - 0, Monday night at 7:30 the Nashille Pirates will play the Murfreesboro Blues in an elimination game, on Tuesday the Tennessee Travelers will play the Murfreesboro Bombers in a elimination game, on Wednesday the Nashville Blazers play the Shelbyville Sox, on Thursday the Franklin Phillies Play the Nashville Brewers, tournament games on Saturday and Sunday are at 1:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. both days.

The Tennessee Travelers Eliminated the Murfreesboro Bombers 6 - 0, Simon Benson Threw 6 innings of no ball and had 8 k's, Brett Amburn Retired the side in the 7th, Allen Simpson Pitched the 8th and 9th inning giving up a lead of Double in the 9th for the only hit, The Travelers play next Saturday 7:00 P.M..

The Nashville Brewers stayed Unefeated in The Tennessee Baseball Federation Tournament with a convincing 14 - 4 win over the Franklin Phillies on Thursday Night at Madison Civic Club Park, The Brewers will face The Tennessee Bulldogs Saturday at 1:00 , The Phillies will Play the Pirates at 4:00 in a Loser Bracket game at 7:00 the Nashville Blazers will play the Tennessee Travelers.

The Nashville Brewers stayed undefeated in the Ten nessee Baseball federation League Tournament with a 9 - 5 win over the Tennessee Bulldogs in the first Saturday, in the second game the Franklin Phillies Eliminated the Nashville Pirates 5 - 0, in the Night Cap the Tennessee Travelers ripped the Nashviile Blazers 10 - 1. on Sunday at 1:00 the Tennessee Travelers will play the Tennessee Bulldogs in a Elimination game, at 4:00 the winner of the 1:00 game will play the Franklin Phillies in a Elimination, the winner of that will face the Defending Tennessee Baseball Federation Champs the Nashville Brewers in the early part of next week.

The Tennessee Travelers Beat The Tennessee Bulldogs 3 - 2 and Eliminated them from the Tennessee Baseball Federation League Tournament in the 1st game Sunday at Madison Civic Club Park in front of a packed Stadium, Simon Benson the Left Handed Pitcher from Australia got the Win, he threw all 9 innings giving up both runs in the 9th inning.

The Franklin Phillies ended the season for the Tennessee Travelers winning 4 - 3 with the winning run scored with 2 out in the bottom of the 11th inning. the Phllies will play the Nashville Brewers at 7:30 Tuesday at Madison Civic Club Park for the Championship, the Phiilies must beat the Brewers 2 times.
