Who are the Bandits?
The Burtonsville Bandits are a 14U Traveling Baseball Team from Eastern Montgomery County, Md. We represent the Burtonsville Athletic Association in the MCBA Baseball League during the Spring. During the Spring & Summer we also compete in Baseball Tournaments around the Metro/Wash Area and beyond including AAU events.
We field a Fall team in either the MCBA or MABA as well. We expand our roster in the Fall season to allow some kids to play other sports & new players a chance to develop their skills to make our spring team. We will be playing a lot of Tournaments in March & April of 2008 while our 9th graders play High School Baseball.
Our goal as a travel team is to have fun and develop the skills of our kids so they can compete and play High School baseball. We are always looking for athletic kids who have a passion to learn the game of baseball. If you love the game of baseball, we will take the time to teach the fundamentals needed to play the game of baseball the right way. You do not have to live in Burtonsville to play with us. You only have to love the game. We will take care of the rest.
