Thomas Run Park is located on the grounds of Harford Community College in Bel Air, MD. TRP features a full-sized soccer/lacrosse/field hockey field, two premiere lighted softball diamonds, and one premiere lighted baseball diamond... with another baseball diamond in the works for completion in the fall of 2005!
TRP is the home to a multitude of softball leages for both men and women of all ages, and the home to several mens and semiprofessional baseball leagues in the spring and summer months. Those leagues all spill over into seperate fall leagues, and the facility is utilized by 'Ripken Baseball' for up and coming youth baseball for children from around the area!
The site is currently under construction as we link other league and team sites to this 'home' site. League announcements will be posted here as well as other park news and information as the 2005 spring season approaches.
WE URGE ALL TEAMS THAT PARTICIPATE AT THOMAS RUN PARK TO PUT TOGETHER YOUR 'LEAGUE LINE UP' SITE AND COORDINATE A SITE FOR YOUR LEAGUE THROUGH YOUR LEAGUE COMMISSIONER/ DIRECTOR!
The site is free and you can begin by going to 'www.leaguelineup.com'. The process takes minutes and with the cooperation of all of the leagues, and teams under them on a voluntary basis of course, we hope to create a network of all of our leagues who participate at TRP making this site an online home for all of us!
2007 TRP Advertising Campaign!
Harford Community College’s Thomas Run Park is excited to announce our 2007 Corporate billboard advertising campaign. Corporate billboard advertising has played an essential role in our effort to make Thomas Run Park the #1 public sports complex in Maryland and we hope that you see the value in this opportunity.
Last year, Thomas Run Park hosted over 3000 games played before 350,000+ spectators, providing an exceptional opportunity to advertise your business to local players and teams. For 2007, we have already reserved the following leagues, tournaments, camps and events for the upcoming season: The Susquehanna Semi-Pro Baseball League, 30 & over Adult Baseball League, 40 & over Adult Baseball League, Gunpowder Fall Baseball League, Ripken Baseball Tournaments & Camps, ASA Slow Pitch Softball Regional & National Qualifiers,USSSA Slow Pitch Softball Regional & National Qualifiers, Thomas Run Park In-house Slow Pitch Softball Leagues, Harford County Women’s Fast Pitch Softball, Harford County Senior Softball Leagues, Harford County Church Slow Pitch League, Harford County Parks & Rec, Harford County Public High School baseball & softball, as well as HCC Athletic events. All of these players, coaches, families, spectators and fans will view your billboard as they decide on places to eat, shop, visit and patronize.
Thomas Run Park offers three (3) unique and popular advertising opportunities.
-Outfield Billboards (6ftX8ft) – Our most popular & affordable advertising option with over 50 participants last year. This year’s billboards are substantially larger (6ftX8ft) than last year’s billboards (4ftX6ft) and will be printed with large, white bold letters on a colored background. Due to these changes, this year’s billboards will be more visible and easier to read from virtually anywhere in the park.
-Double Sided Foul-Line Billboards (3ftX16ft) – Offers views from various locations throughout the inside & outside of the park including vantage points from fans, players, passers by and spectators from the popular walking track/multi-purpose stadium.
-Route 22 Mega Billboards (6ftX30ft) – These huge, highly visible billboards, will be easily viewed by the thousands of fans at the park that can be seen from all around our four field facility!
Thomas Run Park hosts games and events from April through November and our 16-year history of corporate billboard advertising has provided successful results to our advertisers. Thomas Run Park is truly the center for recreational activity in Harford County and we thank you again for your support and look forward to working with you in the years to come.
