Annual General Meeting AUG 31, 2010

The meeting began at 7:30 PM
A quorum of the Board of Directors consisting of the following attended:
Richard Domville: Chairman of the Board
Carlos Hevia: Executive Director (Regional Commissioner)

Washington Murillo: Finance Director (Treasurer)
Silvia Clark: O-40 Competition Director
Jose Zapata : Referee Director
Domingo Bloise : Miller Tire Competition Director
Ignacio Cano : Registration Director (Registrar)

The competition calendar was reviewed and approved. The 2010 Fall season is to begin September 12.
The yearly budget was presented by Mr. Murillo.It was reviewed and approved. No changes to fees were made.
A status of registration was presented by Mr. Cano. AAL membership has increased to its highest level: 240 members.
Mr. Hevia presented a slide show covering the history and governance of AAL , the Regional Guidelines and other governing regulations.
Ms Clark presided over competition rule changes:
- The player replacement rule was amended to allow for a one to one replacement of injured players at the 8th week and the 12th week to a maximum of three(3) players per season.
-The league will provide 4 high quality balls, two per field for the competitions.
- O-50 players must play at least 3 regular season games in order to play in the Playoffs.
- O-50 will provide one large team trophy to the winning team
- A motion to allow under aged(O-30) goalies for the O-40 competition was DEFEATED.
