 Women's Hockey Do you love hockey? Did you ever think you might like to
 play? The ADK Ice Caps women's hockey team is starting their first full
 season. We are looking for women of all levels, including beginners.
 The age requirements are 21 through 80+ years. We currently have twenty
 somethings, and grandmothers.

Date: Attend our next practices to see if
 we are a good fit or call Marty Stratton with questions.

Next game-  Saturday Jan. 10 4:00PM.

Next practice- Saturday Jan. 17 8:30PM

Location:
 Ameri Can Sports Arena, Sharron Ave, Plattsburgh

Expectations: Time- We practice twice a month Sept. - June, once a month May and June.

We do allow for flexibility for work and family.

Games-We play travel and  home games approximately once a month Sept. - April.

Financial- potential low dues and 10$ ice time fee

Prerequisites: Must know how to skate a little
 and have own equipment. Equipment can be found at Play it Again Sports.

Requirements: Good attitude, exhibit good sportsmanship, willingness to
 learn and improve as an individual and a team.
