AEFL TEAM RELEASE FORM
IMPORTANT: All teams must have every player and field staff member sign this form. If any player or staff member participates in a game and they did not sign the release, your team could be subject to a fine and forfeit any game that they participated in. Each player will be verified at the first game, once each player is verified they will receive a league sticker so the refs know which players are eligible to play in the AEFL.
