I am a consumer. What is the process to return my bat?
Easton will send consumers a prepaid shipping label to return your 30" Ghost X 30/20 2 5/8" USA Baseball Bat (YBB18GH10). Consumers may call us toll-free at 844-531-7079 to provide us with your contact information. We will need the unique serial number from the bat to initiate your request. The serial number is located on a silver decal between the grip and the connection piece.
Upon receipt of the bat, within 24 hours, Easton will issue a one-time use electronic voucher with a value up to $500 to compensate you for your returned bat and your inconvenience. The voucher is redeemable for any products on Easton.com. We will issue the voucher via email once we receive your returned bat.
Upon receipt of the bat, within 24 hours, Easton will issue a single, one-time use voucher in the amount of $500, redeemable for any products at Easton.com.
The $500 Easton.com voucher is valid through 5/31/2019.
Can I return the bat to the store where I purchased it for a different size?
Although every retailer has their own policies, Easton is actively working with retailers to support potential refund/replacement opportunity at store. All other sizes in the -10 model, 28", 29", 31", 32", as well as all sizes in the -8, -5 and -11 Ghost Hyperlite models remain certified and legal for play in USA Baseball.
