The Board is requesting all new coaches have these background checks completed no later than January 1. No new coach will be permitted to participate with their team until receiving confirmation from the league they are within compliance of the new policy. Once the background checks come back clean, Mike will reach out to the team manager to confirm their coach is good to go.  As stated above, there may be up to a 10 day turnaround for the background checks so don’t wait until the last minute to complete them.   

If you have your background checks already completed you can either email copies to Mike at kmhof55@msn.com, or drop them off at the Recreation Office during business hours, 8:00-4:00 M-F.  Make sure they are addressed to Mike’s attention in a sealed envelope with your name and team on the front.
