Spiritwear Information
It's official! The spiritwear website for the Arundel High School Girls Soccer team is now up and running. The first order window is September 14th to September 20th. Payment is due by 21 September. While all orders are placed on-line, please follow up with checks payable to Arundel High School. Joan Blackburn-Lyon and Maria will be accepting checks for varsity. Linda Johnson and Holly will be accepting checks for JV.
Please pay close attention to instructions below to ensure accuracy in the
ordering process.
ACCESSING THE SITE:
1. Go to www.screendesigns.com
2. Click on customer tools at top,
3. Personal Store log in (User name and Password were send out throught the Yahoo! group)
WHEN MAKING SELECTIONS, PLEASE:
1) Pay close attention to the misc features (e.g. womens shorts vice mens cut; zipper hoody vice pullover, sweatpant--elastic bottom vs open bottom etc)
2) Ensure accuracy of spelling (option of name on back of hoody)
3) Ensure accuracy of numbers (options on hoody and sweatpant)
4) Watch sizes. We've tried to provide sample sizes for a few items for the girls to gauge. There should also be corresponding size charts with measurements for the respective items. Since we are ordering items from different vendors, size charts may vary CHECKING OUT
For contact information, insert PLAYER'S NAME and indicate VARSITY or JV. Do not try to pay by credit card—We cannot capitalize on AHS tax exempt status using credit cards
PAYMENT
Please follow up your orders with a check payable to Arundel High School. Joan Blackburn-Lyon and Maria will collect checks for varsity. Linda Johnson and Holly will collect for JV. All checks must be received by 21 September.
NOTE: Orders will only be processed once payment is made so please be prompt.
DELIVERY
The processing of orders once the window is closed is approximately 2-3 weeks. All items will be delivered directly to the girls at practice.
SECOND ORDER WINDOW
In the past, we have done a follow-up order (after everybody saw how great the spiritwear turned out. ) The big disadvantage with that is that the soccer season is short and the girls won't get their items until @late October, depending on the purchase window. We encourage you to take advantage of the first offering.
ASSISTANCE/DONATIONS
We realize many families are re-prioritizing expenses with the current economic situation. We really do not want to see any girl miss out on the opportunity to make a spiritwear purchase. If you need assistance, please let the coaches, Joan, or I know. We want to do what we can to help make a purchase possible. If anyone would like to donate to a spiritwear "kitty" for special financial situations, Joan or I would accept any contribution for this year (or hold the monies for future years).
