Aston Valley Baseball League

Aston Valley Parents,

Earlier this week, Rich Scharrer a coach with Aston Middletown Little League, passed away suddenly. Rich touched the lives of not just AMLL but Aston Valley as well as he was well known within the Aston community. He will be missed. He leaves behind a wife and 2 young kids. Visitation will be this Thursday from 5:30 - 9:00 at Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday morning 10:00 at St Joes church in Aston. 

 

Out of respect for Rich's family, we are suspending all Aston Valley Baseball activities for this Thursday April 27 so families can pay their respects at the visitation.  We will resume baseball activities Friday April 28. On Friday, at 5:45 we will observe a moment of silence on all Weir Park fields and Buggy field. We will also have a moment of silence before each game played on this Saturday at Weir Park and Buggy field.
