Age Eligibility: 5 to 14 years of age*.
All Registration forms, Certified copy of your child’s Birth Certificate (new participant’s only) and ½ ** of the registration fee is due with Registration. Cash, Check, money orders and credit cards (MC, Visa & Discover) are all accepted. Doctors Consent forms or physical forms dated after January 1st 2009** and this year’s report cards are due no later than Aug. 1st, 2009.

2009 Football Fees:
1st Player = $150.00
2nd Player = $250.00
3rd Player = $350.00
2009 Cheerleading Fees:
1st Cheerleader = $100.00
2nd Cheerleader = $200.00
3rd Cheerleader = $300.00
Tiny Mite (5 & 6 Year Olds) Football and Cheer fees are $50.00.
We do have a family max of $350.00.
**If paying by credit card, full payment is due in full when registering**
