    Section 1: Equipment and Regulations

    Equipment
    1. Ball: Only official regulated Wiffleballs are allowed.
    2. Bases: There will be four bases as First Base, Second Base, Third Base, and Home Plate, 40 feet apart.
    3. Strike zone: There will be an object strike zone placed behind Home Plate. The strike zone will measure 13 inches wide, 26 inches tall and 13 inches off the ground. The strike zone will be 46 feet from the pitching rubber.
    4. Bats: Either Ken Griffey Bats or Regular wiffle ball bats are to be used. Tape above the handle of the bat is not allowed. Wiffle bats may be spray painted.
    5. Uniforms: Team uniforms are mandatory. All players must be wearing similar clothing.

    Regulations
    1. Players: There must be at least three players to play an official game.
    2. Game length: All games will be 6 innings of length. If the score is tied at the end of 6 innings, extra innings will be used to determine a winner.
    3. Mercy a team: If a team is up by 12 or more runs following the 4th inning, the game is automatically over. If the home team is losing, they have the bottom of the inning to close the gap.
    4. Stat sheets: Stat sheets will be used to record all stats, including the batting order for that game. Captains are required to know how to keep stats for a game.


    Section 2: Pitching

    Pitching
    2. Pitching rubber: Pitchers must have one foot on the pitching rubber when releasing the ball.
    3. Grip: Any type of pitching grip is allowed.
    4. Velocity: Any type of pitch speed is allowed.
    5. Balks: Balks are not called.
    6. Pickoffs: Pickoffs are allowed
    7. Saves: Five runs constitutes a save situation.

    Walks/Strikeouts
    1. A walk is 8 balls
    2. A strikeout is 3 strikes
    3. If a batter is hit 3 times, it is considered a walk


    Section 3: Offense

    Batting
    1. Foul Strike out: If a batter has 2 strikes and foul tips the ball and it stays in the strike zone the batter is out.
    2. Big elbows: No stopping potential strikes by leaning into them or stopping them with the hand or body. Failure to abide will result in a strike on the batter.
    3. Bunting: There is no bunting.
    4. Out of order: Batting out of order results in an automatic out.
    5. Ground rule double: If the ball is hit in fair territory and rolls somewhere out of play then the batter is given two bases. All other base runners may advance two bases.

    Base running
    1. Leading: There is no leading. The base runner may only advance once the ball is put into play by the batter.
    2. Ghost runners: Ghost runners (if they are needed) can be forced out by tagging its destination base before the runner gets to first. (i.e., the ghost is as fast as the batter.)
    3. Tagging up: Tagging on flies and liners is allowed; runners who leave early can be tagged out at the base they left.
    4. Stealing: There is no stealing.


    Section 4: Fielding

    Fielding
    1. Pegging: Pegging is allowed. However the ball must hit the base runner while in the air. If the ball hits the ground first, the base runner is still out.
    2. Fielders may not go behind the fence to catch a ball.
    3. If a fielder catches a fly ball and falls over the fence and retains possession of the ball, the batter is out.
    4. Force out rule: This rule only comes into play when there is a force out at home plate (bases loaded). The fielding team may throw the ball and hit the strikezone in the air to get the runner at third out. When the ball hits the strikezone, the play is immediately dead and no runners may advance.


    Section 5: AWL special rules

    NAM unique rules
    1. If a ball rolls into the grass it is playable.
    2. If a ball goes under a car, it is a ground rule double.
    3. A home run in right field is above the foundation of the church, past the dark pavement, and in the grass in the air.

    Bethel unique rules
    1. A ball hit in the trees in center field is a HR, while a ball hit into the trees on the left field line is foul.
    2. A ball stuck in the bushes is a ground rule double if the fielder cannot find it.

    JB unique rules
    1. A ball hit into the dirt before the playground is a HR, however if the ball rolls into it, it is playable


    Section 6: Other

    1. Umpiring: Calls (safe/out) will be made by players in the game. On close plays players can ask spectators their opinion. If the call cannot be resolved by the players involved in the game, then a "do-over" will occur. Please be honest!
