DIVISION OF RECREATION ANNOUNCES REGISTRATION

FOR THE INDOOR MEN’S BASKETBALL LEAGUE

Mayor James Davis has announced that the Recreation Division has begun registration for the 2014-2015 Men’s Indoor Basketball League.

THE FEE FOR THE INDOOR BASKETBALL LEAGUE IS $400.00/PER TEAM.  The fees collected will go towards the costs of running the program.  The fee is non-refundable.  The fee also includes a game jersey.

Rosters of up to 15 players may be submitted any weekday from 8:30am to 4:30pm at the City Hall Office at 630 Avenue C Room #13.

The deadline for rosters & money is THURSDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2014 BY 4:00PM.

The season will tentatively start on Monday, October 20^th.  Divisions will be formed on the basis of roster strength, as determined by league officials.  Rosters are frozen on the first day of the regular season. 

As manager, your payment must include the cost for your entire team.

Teams cannot have their own uniforms and teams cannot use game jerseys from last season.    All teams must purchase Recreation game jerseys. League Officials will strictly enforce the rule regarding players without jerseys.
