BLUES CAPTURE REGION XIX TITLE
The Jersey Blues (37-8) captured their second consecutive Region XIX Title on Saturday by defeating Sussex CC 8-0. Billy Lawson scattered three hits over 8 innings for the victory. Damion Walcott was named the tournament MVP.
The Blues will host the Districts against two other regions this Saturday. The winner of the event will then head to Millington, Tn for the Junior College World Series.
