The Jr. Pee Wee and Pee Wee Cheerleading squads from the Bridgewater-Raritan Pop Warner organization were recently acknowledged before the Somerset County Board of Freeholders on Tuesday, February 17, 2009.  All of the Cheerleaders received acclamations from the Freeholders for their spectacular cheerleading seasons as both teams after competing in the Mountain Valley Conference, Qualifiers & Regions in Trenton moved onto Nationals in Disney the first weekend of December.  The Jr. Pee Wee squad were Bronze Medalists (3rd in the Nation) and the Pee Wees placed 4th in the nation.  These are truly amazing season accomplishments.  Pictured with the girls is Freeholder Rick Fontana.   The pictures were taken by Dawn Wilde.
