4 vs 5 Matchup Proves to be Anticlimactic
Game: 45
Team Courtside came into this game as slight underdogs, but was clearly focused on shedding that label with an inspired team effort led by All-Star Shane Leman – 25 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Leman was on fire early with 7 3-pointers in the first half only to cool off in limited minutes in the second half once the game was out of reach. Leman set the tone and his mates followed with 3 other players scoring in double digits. 2nd team All-Star Lee Chanin finished the game with 13 points and 9 rebounds while Josh Melton and Steve Wiebe added 13 and 10 points respectively. Courtside was able to feast on Ramrod who was noticeably missing 3 of their top guns in this pivotal game. With the victory, Courtside advances to play another day with another chance to play the role of the spoiler.
