Secretary’s Report

• Banquet ticket
  • Michele will be selling banquet tickets in the gym of Beacon Middle School on December 12, 2015 form 12-1pm and January 9, 2016 from 11am-12pm.  Team Mom’s will notify their parents. 

President

• Letters of Intent

• Helmets
  • Helmets need to be reconditioned and repainted to Carolina blue.
    • May need to find a new equipment manager.  Hoping to equip each team with an equipment manager to take some of the burden off Glenn and Jennifer.
• Banquet
  • We need to figure out what plaques we have.  We need for head coaches, team moms and sponsors. 
  • Sponsors will get a plaque and signed helmets

• Treasurer’s Report
  • At the time of the meeting there was $10,953 in the bank. 
  • A deposit for $561 from Lifetouch Sports will be added and a check for $1391 will be written.

Scholastics VP

• Report Cards
  • We received a total of 75 report cards.
  • Team moms need to email those who qualified for Scholastics award.

Cheer VP

Equipment Manager

• Equipment
  • We must receive all the equipment from those who have not handed theirs in.  If we do not receive back, they will receive a bill for missing pieces.

• Reach out to community due to positive feedback following parades
• Put Dewey Beach Lions Club sponsor name on the back of cheer coaches’ shirt for 2016 season.
• We need to find a long-term sponsor for Tiny Mite Football.
• Michele would like to replace the current banner with a new one. 
• Need to put ads in Cape Gazette for signups and other PR.  Talk to Fredman and maybe he will be able to help us with that.
