Colts trampled the Grizzlies

August 10, 2014

At halftime Colts head coach Shawn Wood told the team he didn't want to just make a statement he wanted a whole paragraph. His first TD came with Kelvin Robinson from 40 yards in the first quarter. His second was a 95 yard strike to RayShawn Stinson. He threw two more in the second half to Rashad "Cheetah" Fletcher for 45 yards and to Kien Windley from 33 yards in the fourth quarter. RB Davon Gardner rushed 13 times for 125 yards and RB Jeremiah Walker rushed for 60 yards on seven carries.

The defense forced three fumbles where one was returned for a touchdown by safety Michael Cunningham. There were also six interceptions from Antonio Mays, Davion Smith, Torrie Conley, Xavier Smith, Daryll Grier and Raphael King where he returned his for a 35 yard touchdown. The Colts (3-2) will be traveling to Fayetteville, NC this Saturday to play the Carolina Hawks (0-3).
