•   Fairview Scrimmage Day –

o   Fairview High School - 1515 Greenbriar Blvd, Boulder, CO 80305-7043

o   Platt Middle School - 6096 Baseline Rd, Boulder, CO 80303

o   Get parked and find the fields 60 minutes before game start time; be dressed and ready for warm-ups 45 minutes before game time

o   There was a hope to schedule a team lunch this day for players and families of all levels – after reviewing the schedule, with the windows of time given, and the two locations – the logistics are too hard to manage; there will be no formal gathering – find fellow fans in the crowd (wear your Chatfield colors) and introduce yourselves.

•   Season Pictures

o    Individual and Team photos will be taken at the beginning of practice on March 6^th on the lower field at Falcon Bluffs.  

o   Wear your white uniform – All levels – Multiple levels? Bring both Whites

o   Option 1: Do nothing - Your Booster Fee of $250 includes the “Sportsmate” 8x10 photo which has a picture of your player and the team on a single sheet.  If this is all you want – Show up – get your picture taken with the team and individually and Do Nothing Else!

o   Option 2: Order more pictures on March 6^th picture day - You may order additional pictures using the Form provided.  Do Not order the Sportsmate (unless you want more than one copy).  Order and pay for as many additional pictures as you like.  You may pay online and include a copy of your online receipt in the envelope, or put a check in the envelope.

o   Where do I get the form to order now?

§  Pick a form up when you get your uniform or

§  On picture day (bring a check book or exact cash) at the field

o   Option 3: Order more pictures later – After you receive your Sportsmate you may decide to order more pictures online.  NOTE: you will pay for the shipping and handling, so the total cost will be higher than if you order on picture Day.  You may order pictures later until about mid-June for the cost of the pictures + S&H.

•         Uniform Handout

o   Monday, March 5^th, 2:27, immediately after bell rings

o   In Auxiliary Gym entrance area

o   Players will receive 2 sets (L3), 3 sets (JV and V), or up to 5 or 6 sets (Swingers between V/JV or JV/L3) of Uniforms and three pairs of black game-day socks

o   All uniforms must be routinely washed during the season and returned clean (keep the socks!)

o   PLEASE make sure your Booster Fees are Paid before checking out your Uniform
