You can register for the 2017-2018 Chazy Youth Hockey Season.  You should start by registering with USA Hockey at www.usahockeyregistration.com

USA Hockey will charge you $43 for each skater or coach you register over age 6 as of Dec 31, 2017.  So if your child has a birth year of 2011 or younger, you will not be charged but you still must register.

Once you receive your USA Hockey registration number come back to the CYH website and register your child by filling out the form from the link below.  The link is also on the right side of the page

The final step is to pay for the season.  On the CYH website home page you can pay for the full season by using paypal or a credit card.  If you prefer you can mail a check to CYH PO Box 462, Chazy NY 12921
