Youths who are selected to join our organization possess athletic abilities that are above the average child. One of the keys to our programs’ success is that our youth are selected based on academic performance, talent, commitment and dedication, as opposed to their family’s financial status or ability to pay. Academic success is strongly encouraged by the coaches and parents. College and high school advisors speak to athletes and parents from all over the state stressing the importance of monitoring and constantly improving your GPA while meeting the core requirements of the NCAA.
