Catching Clinic- January 16 4-5:30pm@API

Improve stances, receiving, blocking, throwing, fielding; in-game catching experience suggested, must bring own equipment or specify needing to borrow equipment when registering (10U–HS)

Beginning Pitching Clinic- January 30 2:30 - 4pm@API

Learn pitching basics to start your spring season on the right track.  BYO catcher is suggested (8U-HS)
 

Advanced Pitching Clinic- January 30 4-5:30pm@API

The pitching session will include: (1) drills to help develop correct mechanics and improve basic skills, (2) how to throw spins for different pitches and (3) drills to increase explosiveness off the mound. Previous in-game pitching experience is required; BYO catcher is suggested (8U–HS)

Beginning Hitting Clinic- February 7 4-5:30pm@API

Learn hitting basics to start your spring season on the right track.  The hitting session will include: (1) an overview of hitting mechanics, and (2) separation-going from your stance to a balanced, powerful hitting position.  (8U-HS)
 

Infield Clinic- February 13 5pm-6:30pm@API

The infield session will include: (1) drills to develop proper throwing mechanics, improve arm strength, accuracy and quickness, (2) drills to develop proper fielding mechanics, softer hands, footwork and the ability to throw from all angles, and (3) drills to develop proper footwork around the bag for force plays, tag plays and double plays.  (8U-HS)
