How to make a game change request for the 2014 season:

1. Contact the coaches for all teams that are impacted by the change and confirm changes are agreed by all parties.
2. Verify field availability
3. HOME team submits game change request using the following link.  Game Change Request Form

Changes must be submitted by 12:00 Noon on the Wednesday preceding your game so we can re-assign officials.  This does not apply to weather-related delays or cancellations.  Any last minute cancellations for man-made reasons will result in officials getting paid anyway - by the affiliate program.
