Davis Legacy College Showcase-Undefeated

The Davis Legacy U18 competitive team, Radiation, went undefeated in the Davis Legacy College Showcase last weekend. Brynne Konkel scored with an assist from Ashley Syme in the 1-1 tie against Evergreen ’91 Green.
Mallory Creamer started things off right against the Mustang SC Strikers with a hard shot into the net from long distance. Brooke Gary took advantage of a scrum in front of the opposing keeper to score the second goal and Megan Foy put another one away for the 3-0 win.
Konkel scored early against the California Cougars but the Cougars tied it up by halftime and then went up by a goal halfway through the second period. Great play by Toni Darragh, Shay Moynahan, Melissa Gomez, Melissa Tong, Kelsey Kornelly, Kelly Riestenberg, Freddie Brandt and Syme, however, kept Radiation very much in the game until Alexes Ramirez sent a corner kick to Tahi Siale who headed it in for the final score of the game. Brianna Scholtens had three saves in the 2-2 tie.
