Police Check Policy and Procedure 2012-2013 Season


All Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Trainers, Select Managers, Den Mothers, Executive Members and Referees require a current police check.

It is your responsibility to get a police check and present it to the organization. The cost is $15 if you use the volunteer form found in the handout menu on the left of the page. You will be reimbursed for the cost of the police check after it has been seen.

The Police Check form can be found following the "Forms and Handouts"  on the Main Menu to the left of this page. 

Once the team staff is set for the 2012-2013 Minor Hockey Season, convenors will contact each Coach/Trainer/Den Mother/Manager separately if they require a Police Check according to our records.

Deadline for police check review is December 1, 2012. Coaching/bench privileges will be suspended immediately until a valid police check (or receipt) has been reviewed.
