The Chargers , was schedule to play the Notre Dame Cobra for the Eastern Region number #1 rank team and they declined the game.
The Chargers has been named the Team of the year in 2005 by Minor League Football News for going 13-0 and winning the DVIFL Championship. After going 11-1 in 2006 and winning Back to Back DVIFL Championship the Chargers was rank #2 by the Eastern Region , Class AA
