Notes about meet that everyone should read.

Please pass the following info on to your parents to avoid any confusion Sunday morning.

a.   All Athletes and Coaches must enter the facility on the lower level through the athlete entrance.  This is also where packet pick will happen.  All parents and spectators must enter up to at the general admission / spectator entrance.

b.   Spectator fee is $8 cash only and there is not an atm close to the campus.

c.    No Coolers in spectator area.  Coolers are allowed in team camp area on the adjacent side of the facility.  Please tell parents if they wish to camp on this side to bring chairs and blankets for athletes.

d.   Doors open at 7:45am.

2.   Absolutely no food or drink on track level, please let your athletes know they will be disqualified for the meet if caught on track level with any food or drink.

3.   No camping on track level either, on the warm up track or outside the oval.

4.   Spikes: ¼ Inch pyramids are the only acceptable spikes. Spikes will be checked and marked at the check-in site. No athletes will be permitted to compete without proper marking on their spikes. Athletes must have their spikes checked before competing or warming up.  Your packets will not have safety pins for competition bibs.  Safety pins will be distributed at spike check.  Once your spikes have been cleared we will issue 4 safety pins for bibs.  We strongly recommend doing this immediately entering the facility.  Officials will remove any competitor from warmup or competition track if seen wearing spikes that have not been cleared.

5.   COMPETITOR NUMBERS MUST BE WORN IN FRONT OF UNIFORM  A $ 5 FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO REPLACE LOST NU M BER.

6.   AWARDS: THE TOP SIX FINISHERS IN EACH EVENT WILL RECEIVE AWARDS. TEA M AWARDS WILL BE PRESENTED TO THE TOP POINT WINNERS IN THE OVERALL TEA M , OVERALL M ALE/FE M ALE TEA M . FIRST PLACE RELAY TEA M S M E M BERS WILL RECEIVE RISING STARS TRACK CLASSIC OUTSTANDING ATHLETE AWARD FOR EACH AGE DIVISION.
