Declarations were due by Friday, June 17th. Payments will be due by Saturday if you are going to Suffolk and you may see Mrs. Jackson because entries have to be entered in on Sunday... yes Father's Day and we do not want to interrupt our wonderful Lightning Dad's Day with emails and reminders.
The entry fee is $25 per individual athlete competing in Track & Field and $25 per Multi- Event athlete. All relay teams will be paid by team Lightning if that is the only event your athlete will participate :) Fees that EACH PARTICIPANT will be responsible for is only $15 (because the team will pay $10 towards AAU entry of $25) and this is the amount that is due by Saturday.
If you will not be at the Atlantic Coast Meet then contact Mrs. Jackson to make arrangements to drop your payment off by Friday night. If you would like to pay today at practice, place your athlete's name on the outside of an envelope, name of event they will participate in and $15 inside, seal it and give to Coach Evans tonight before practice ends.
