WINTER WORKOUTS ARE HERE, LIMITED SPACE STILL AVAILABLE!
The EASTBAY BULLDOGS are pleased to announce that our 6th annual Winter Workout Program has just begun (11-14-09). That said, we still have limited space available. If you want to join, you have only missed one of 13 workouts.
The Winter Workouts are a high intensity Bulldogs style workout wherein we will work on both individual and team skills that can be brought to our team or any other team you may play for. The Winter Workouts are like a great basketball camp where you can focus on your game but instead of 1 week, like traditional camps, this program is 3 months long and can act as a supplement to CYO as well as Middle and Elementary school basketball programs.
A typical workout would consist of 30 minutes of fundamentals in a "Station" format, 20 minutes of transition basketball (Olympic Drill, 4-4-4, 3 on 2 / 2 on 1 etc), 20 minutes of Defensive Lecture and drills, 20 minutes of Offensive Lecture and drills and finally, 30 minutes of live 5 on 5 play.
Many of our Spring, Summer and Fall players like to attend these workouts to stay sharp by working with our coaches at the fast pace we like to practice at. These highly successful workouts have also shown many CYO and City League players what it will really take to get to the next level and are a great way to introduce your child to Bulldogs Basketball to see if our program is something for you.
An exciting change we are offering this season is, Team Pricing. If your CYO or MS or City League team would like to join this program, we can offer you a group rate. This is a great way for your team to get an extra practice every week and learn from the best coaching staff in the Bay Area. If your Head Coach wants to participate, he or she can lead your team in our program, learning from our staff as well.
The program is open to boys and girls, 2nd to 8th grade as well as to HS players not currently playing for their school team. The program will run every Saturday from November 14 to the end of January, 13 dates in all. This program is one of our most popular and as always, will fill up fast.
