LITTLE LEAGUE REGISTRATION

OPEN TO BOYS & GIRLS AGES 6 (OR IN KINDERGARTEN) TO 14
There are no additional in person registration sessions scheduled. Please email us at registration coordinator or webmaster if you haven't yet registered your child. We would be happy to make arrangements.
FEES
6 – 8 YEAR OLDS: $65.00*
9 –14 YEAR OLDS: $110.00*

All player registrants must fill out the
2009 Player Registration Form and
2009 Medical Release Form.
All New Player Registrants must also bring proof of residency
and a copy of their Birth Certificate.
* PLAYERS WHO REGISTER AFTER THE DATE UNIFORM ORDERS ARE MADE WILL BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL ORDER CHARGES AND PENALTIES
ALL COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS MUST FILL OUT THE
2009 VOLUNTEER APPLICATION
UMPIRES ARE NEEDED!
Sign-ups will be taken for youth ages 12 and up interested in our
Umpire Training Clinic and Program.
BASEBALL JACKET ORDERS WILL ALSO BE TAKEN!
