In 2014, the State of Michigan enacted a law that regulates sports concussions and return to athletic activity.  Please visit the Michigan Sports Concussion Law information website for more information. 

The new sports concussion legislation requires youth sports organizations, including Franklin Baseball, to provide educational materials on the signs/symptoms and consequences of concussions to each youth athlete and their parents/guardians and obtain a signed statement acknowledging receipt of the information for the organizing entity to keep on record.
