9-12th October Schedule

To all 9th thru 12th graders:

Below is the schedule for lifting and open gyms for the month of October.  We may add some Friday workouts into this schedule as well.  Please watch for updates.

1st – 3:00 lifting only

2nd – 4-6 open gym

 

6th – 3:00 lifting…6-8 open gym

8th - 3:00 lifting…6-8 open gym

9th – 4-6 open gym

 

13th – 3:00 lifting and open gym til 6:00

15th - 3:00 lifting and open gym til 6:00

16th – 4-6 open gym

 

20th – 3:00 lifting and open gym til 6:00

22nd - 3:00 lifting and open gym til 6:00

23rd – 4-6 open gym

 

27th – 3:00 lifting and open gym til 6:00

28th – 4-6 open gym

29th - 3:00 lifting and open gym til 6:00

30th – 4-6 open gym
