    OFFICIAL GAME:

    GAME RULES

    1. 5 home runs limit.

    2. Excessive home run(s) are considered automatic out.

    3. MERCY RUN RULE:
    a. 15 runs or more at the end of the 4th inning
    b. 10 runs or more at the end of the 5th inning

    4. TIME LIMIT:
    60 minutes and no new inning after 55 minutes with the
    exception that if the difference between two teams in a game is
    3 runs or less, they shall play one more inning.

    5. TIE (at the end of 7th inning) use Kansas City Rule:
    a. one-pitch
    b. the batter who made the last out in the previous inning shall
    begin this new inning on 2nd base.

    6. BALL-STRIKE RULE
    start the count 1 ball and 1 strike on all batters with one courtesy
    foul after the batter has 2 strikes on him/her.

    7. BLACK MAT Each legal (5’ to 12’ arc) pitch not swung at, that touches any portion of the mat should constitute a strike on the batter. The mat
    shall be measured 17 inches wide and 24 inches length.

    8. STRIKE ZONE
    Shall be on homeplate to the end of black mat.

    9. BATS
    ASA and USSSA sanctioned bats are allowed.

    10. Any more of the rules that are not included in this will be applied to USSSA rules.
