A PLAYER CANNOT PLAY IN TWO LEAGUES!!!!!
Each Little League organization have physical boundaries that have been submitted and OK'd by Little League. Any players who lives in the Boundaries of another Little League Organization is prohibited from playing in Forney Little League unless OK'd by both organizations and Little League as well. If your player lives outside of FISD, please contact the League Commisioner of the Age Group that your player is currently in or contact the Director of Baseball, Kevin Wingfield.
Also, aAccording to Section H of the Forney Youth Association Baseball Rules…
No player shall play in FYA league play and play in another organized league simultaneously. To make it perfectly clear, a player cannot be playing or even be on the roster of an FYBA team at the same time of playing or being on a roster of a team that plays in MBI… or BBI… or RBA… or TARA… {...that is Mesquite, Rowlett, Rockwall, Terrell, McKinney, etc.} or any other organized baseball association. You may not agree with this rule… but it IS a rule… it HAS BEEN a rule for many years... No loopholes… no work-around… it IS a documented rule and WILL BE enforced this season!
It is the responsibility of All Coaches to make sure that none of his players are violating this rule. FYBA is networking with all Northeast Texas Youth Baseball Associations as well as private Select Leagues to prohibit this rule from violation. Punishment will be harsh and will result in game forfeitures, suspensions and banishment. Don't risk it... it's not fair to your team!
