TOURNAMENT FORMAT: 4 Game min. 2 Pool into double elimination The exact format of the tournament will be set by the tournament director following Game 7 Baseball guidelines after all entries are finalized. Games will begin on Thursday, July 7th at 8:00am and continue through Sunday July 10th. (Weather permitting)

All players MUST be present at team check in. Teams must have a roster online at www.game7baseball.com. Team rosters and players birth certificates will be verified at this time. Teams must schedule a check in time with Dave Schmidt or Dave Penning. This will a great time for PIN TRADING!
TEAM MOM’S MEETING: Wed July 6, 2016
Time: 2:00 PM
Location: Sheraton Towers
All teams should have a representative present for this meeting. Information on St. Louis attractions, restaurants and entertainment will be discussed at this time. A Welcome packet full of information and coupons will be distributed at this time.
Representatives from; Six Flags, Dave & Busters, Ameristar Casino, Hot Shots and many more will be in attendance.
Pre order World Series Tournament T Shirt’s and Tournament Passes will also be distributed at this time. (See pre- order forms for pricing and information).
MANAGERS MEETING: Wed July 6, 2016
Time: 3:00 PM
Location: Sheraton Towers
All teams are required to attend this meeting! The tournament packet containing pool play and bracket times will be distributed at this time. Brackets WILL NOT be provided in advance of the tournament. Rules, park policies and a Q & A session will be the topics reviewed in the meeting. Please limit the amount to two coaches per team to attend.

Parade Time 6:10 PM (must be on East Ramp no later than 5:30)

** Everyone will enter the stadium through GATE #1. Players and coaches (only) will form a line on the EAST RAMP (to the right). Must be lined up by 5:30 for ticket verification. The on field Parade will start at 6:10.
Everyone planning on attending the game must purchase a ticket. All players and coaches will parade around the field at Busch Stadium before the St. Louis Cardinals / Pittsburgh Pirates game. Order tickets from home page under Cardinal Tickets tab or click here:
SKILLS COMPETITION:
Time: TBD
Location: Ellisville Athletic Complex
Teams will have an opportunity to compete in a skills competition. No player will be allowed to enter more than one event. This will also be a great time for PIN TRADING!!
Skills competition includes:
HOME RUN DERBY (2 per team) Sponsored by DINGER Bats
ROUND THE HORN (P, C, 3B, 2B, SS, 1B back to C) 6 players
FLYING SPIKES (base running) up to 4 players
· DJ / Announcer to broadcast LIVE
· Special Event for Team Mom / Representatives
· Face painter
· Raffles and Attendance prizes
Details and rules will be discussed at Managers Meeting.
All Teams MUST fill out a SKILLS COMPETITION roster by Thur. July 7th
DAILY ADMISSION FEES:
Admission during the tournament will be $7.00 per person per day or $25.00 for a week long tournament pass. For children ages 8 – 12 the charge will be $5.00 per day or $15.00 for a week long tournament pass. Admission applies to everyone except uniformed players and a maximum of three(3) coaches per team with coaches pass. Avoid the lines and pre-order tournament passes. See attached form to pre-order. WORLD SERIES TOURNAMENT SHIRTS:
World Series Tournament Dri Fit T-Shirts will be available for $20 each. To guarantee we have the correct sizes and quantities of the Official World Series Souvenir T-shirts, it is suggested to pre-order them. There will be limited sizes and quantities at the tournament site. Pre-orders will be available for $18 each when you order 10 or more. Orders and payment must be received by Friday, June 26, 2016.
