- Football report. …
- Glen absent tonight personal reason. Visit web site for update on the 2009 Championship Brackets. Semi-Finals Wednesday night. Championships to then be held in Carthage over weekend.
- Secretary did distribute email regarding Regional and EMPIRE play. Regarding registrations ect ect.
- The CNY Pop Warner League Association Central Square Redmen have announced that we will be holding their 7th Annual Classic Redmen Bowl on Saturday, November 7th and Sunday, November 8th in Central Square, New York, and they extended the invite our GWPWL (See Mr. Purdy for registration information). One GWPW team participated and won.
- Cheer Commissioner report …
- Two teams to participate in The Empire Classic.
- Discussion about low 2009 Cheer Scores. (Attachments handed out)

- Mandatory Presidents Meeting scheduled for December 2009. Topic of discussion, the 2010 League Elections. Per existing By-Laws must have quorum (51%) of its members present (Members being each association president) Formal notice of this meeting will be sent this week accompanied with Public Notice to be printed in the Watertown Daily Times.
