Our SAQ program is designed to fill that competitive gap — providing young athletes with better physical awareness and performance to complement those sports skills and reduce the likelihood of injury. If your child plays a sport where sudden bursts of speed, quick changes in direction, and balance while in motion are advantageous, then Asphalt Green’s SAQ class is worth exploring.




All sessions will include hands-on instruction focusing on agility, quickness, power, and running mechanics for developing core strength and increasing speed, balance, and reaction time. The drills and exercises specifically address the way an athlete moves in their particular sport, thereby enhancing their performance and reducing the likelihood of injury.


* Training Sessions Are Available Monday-Friday
* 4:00-4:55pm or 5:00-5:55pm Each Evening
* Attend Any Two Sessions Per Week


The SAQ Academy incorporates all of the five core components of fitness: Cardiovascular Fitness, Muscular Strength and Endurance, Flexibility and Range of Motion, Balance and Agility, and Skill/Form Development. Taking this comprehensive approach — what we call “Informed Fitness” — helps develop a more complete and competitive athlete, with training habits that will ensure a lifetime of sports and fitness.
