The Final Countdown! Matthew Culp to host Friday night welcome dinner...
Only one week left to go until the first annual Hoosier Heartland Invitational! Are you ready for some football! We would like to announce a Friday night dinner for all out of town coaches who are coming in early for the Invitational. All tournament participants are welcome to a free dinner at 7pm at our local Applebee's restaurant. Then afterwards everyone is welcome to join in some pre-tournamnet football action! Here is the times and action for the event...
Friday April 18th
Welcome Dinner at 7pm

Saturday April 19th
7:45am- Setup displays and boards at the Ramada
8:15am- Coaches meeting for all those who are helping with the Boy Scout event.
9:00am-9:10am Check-in for First Group of Boy Scouts
9:10am-10:20am Boy Scouts group one Invitational event
10:25am Fastest man championship and trophy presentation Group One
10:30-10:40am Check-in for Second Group of Boy Scouts
10:40am-11:50 Boy Scouts group two Invitational event
11:55am- Fastest man championship and trophy presentation Group Two
Noon Sign in for Hoosier Heartland Invitational Tournament
12:05pm Drawing for Miggle Rose Bowl Board
12:10pm Announce winners of the Quarterback Painting contest-Trophies awarded
12:15pm Grand Prize Drawing to be held
12:20pm Rules meeting for all coaches
12:30pm Begin first round of games
6:00pm 2008 Hoosier Heartland Invitational Championship Game
Trophy presentation immediately following game
9:00pm Invitational closes
I would like to thank everyone for their generosity towards the raffle and fund raiser. All Boy Scouts are welcome to stay following their event to ask questions, watch games and have fun. We will be having a Hoosier Heartland league game being played from 9am-Noon and everyone is invited to watch the game, as well as the tournament from Noon until 9pm.
