HHS Competitive Cheer Tryout Clinic
Information is available in the Handout Section
All candidates will need to bring with them on the first day of tryouts.
Completed Competitive Cheer Checklist with the following completed forms:
Current physical dated on or after 4/15/09 or Physical Waiver
Attendance @ the mandatory pre-tryout parent meeting
HHS Competitive Cheer Permission Slip
Competitive Cheer Athlete Sheet
Parent/Guardian and Student Consent Form
Read and understand Information packet
Read and understand HHS Cheer Handbook
Current Reportcard and/or Progress Report of the most current grades/gpa (candidates must maintain a 2.0 or better to be eligible to tryout)
