SWIM MEET GUIDELINES
-> If you know that you cannot make a Meet before the day of the Meet, tell your coach at practice or click on the mailbox below (lefthand corner) and send me an e-mail.
IF ON THE DAY OF THE MEET, YOU CANNOT MAKE THE MEET, YOU MUST CALL ONE OF THE FOLLOWING NUMBERS BEFORE 5:00 PM.
IF YOUR SWIMMER IS A NOVICE (8 [or under] YRS) OR BANTAM (9-10 YRS) CALL:

-> DO NOT WEAR ANY JEWELRY, INCLUDING EARRINGS, TO THE MEET
-> SWIMMERS AND SIBLINGS CANNOT WEAR ROLLER SHOES (HEELIES) TO THE MEET
