KCE 18U player Jose Gomez, who plays for Metea Valley High School during the spring, was awarded numerous awards after a very successful junior season. Jose was named Metea Valley's pitcher of the year, earned an Upstate Eight All-Conference Honorable Mention, and was selected to participate in the St. Charles High School Junior All-Star College Showcase held this summer.
