The Georgia Return to Play Act of 2013 states that all recreational sports leagues must provide their parents with information regarding concussions:
During your registration you were provided a document that detailed how concussions are received, warning signs to look for, recovery and return to play. Copies of this document can be found under the "FORMS" tab to the lefthand side of this page.
