Out of Practice Training
All players should be running and juggling on their own at least 4 times a week! While running you should be running for a minimum of 2 miles at an 8 - 8.5 minute mile pace. You should work towards a 3 mile run.
When juggling your goal should be to continually challenge your personal record. All players need to be able to get to at least 50 by mid-April.
