The 2009 Laurel Pop Warner Midget Team clinched their 9th straight Henlopen Conference title with a 32-6 victory over Dover/CR Raiders. The Bulldogs opened up the scoring early in the first quarter as Brandon Scott scored on a 40 yard run. Brett Marine added the 2pt conversion. Dylan Bunner score twice for the Bulldogs as the offensive line opened up holes and led the way to 400 yards rushing for the day. The Bulldogs finished the year outscoring their opponents 179 to 40. The Bulldogs average 376.8 yards a game and only allowed 67.9 yards a game. The Bulldogs have won the Henlopen Conference Championship for years 1986,1987,2001,2002,2003,2004,2005,2006,2007,2008,2009.
